Project consisted of the initial installation of a Real Time Traffic Monitoring System (RTTM) on Cape Cod as a proof of concept for MassDOT.  The project consisted of supplying/installing (9) Travel Time Signs with Bluetooth Readers, (11) Standalone Bluetooth Readers, and (3) VMS Signs with Bluetooth Readers.  All of the equipment powered by solar panels and batteries.  From the lessons learned on this project, MassDOT installed a statewide system 2 years later.
